Education is the key resource of our post-industrialised society. It must be cultivated and further developed through a constant willingness to learn and mutual exchange.
The shortage of skilled labour and the constant challenge of keeping the knowledge of the Ruhrverband and its employees up to date and safeguarding it require structured and targeted education management within the company.
The relevant universities have an important role to play here. Through university cooperation, knowledge is transferred in a constructive, application-oriented dialogue, developments are initiated and put into practice. With the Deutschlandstipendium scholarship , we support young scientists in engineering and natural sciences. Dialogue with young people and educational communication are also not a transfer of knowledge in one direction, but rather an exchange with the younger generation about their topics and expectations.
