Water maintenance Schmallenberg

The municipality of Schmallenberg has transferred its watercourse maintenance tasks to the Ruhrverband as of 1 January 2022 in accordance with Section 62 (1) No. 2 of the NRW State Water Act.

The water maintenance department at Forstbetrieb Nord is responsible for organising and carrying out the work.
