The Ruhrverband provides training in both commercial and industrial/technical professions, although not all professions are offered in every training year. Submitting the application
Submit your application documents online with just a few clicks. The "Apply now" button in the job advert will automatically take you to our application form.
Confirmation of receipt
As soon as your application has been received, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
Checking the application documents
After the application deadline, our training team reviews the applications received together with the specialist department.
Job interview
If your application has aroused our interest, we will first invite you to a recruitment test or directly to an interview, depending on the apprenticeship.
In our recruitment test, we will ask you about the skills you will need in your future apprenticeship. The interview usually takes place at the location for which you have applied and lasts 45 - 60 minutes. The interviews are attended by a training manager, the direct trainer, together with another representative of the specialist department and a member of the staff council. If necessary, a member of the representative body for severely disabled employees and/or the equal opportunities officer may also take part.

After the interview
Following the interview, you will receive prompt feedback on the decision.
Contract creation
Once all the formalities have been clarified, we will draw up your employment contract. We will either send it to you by post or you can come to our head office to sign the contract in person.
