Invitations to tender for supplies, services and professional services

The Ruhrverband provides regular information here about current tenders for supplies and services as well as freelance services. The procedures are handled via the ELViS tendering platform from the company subreport Verlag Schawe GmbH.

The tender documents are made available there in full and barrier-free within a bidding period. The tender documents can be viewed and downloaded free of charge. A one-off free registration on the tendering platform is required to participate in the tendering procedure. Bidder communication and data exchange for the individual award procedures are generally only carried out via the award platform. Tenders must only be submitted electronically via the platform.
