Current tenders for construction services
Construction services are awarded by the relevant specialist departments in accordance with the German Construction Tendering and Contract Regulations, Part A (VOB/A). Depending on the estimated contract value, construction services are tendered nationally or EU-wide.

Application and contract conditions
The application conditions for the award of construction services of the Ruhrverband apply to every tender. The required proof of suitability is specified in relation to the respective tender and sent out with the requested tender documents. For construction contracts with a low contract value, an abridged version of the application conditions shall apply.
The Ruhrverband's contract conditions for construction services refer to the German Construction Contract Procedures, Part B (VOB/B), and supplement these. Depending on the type and scope of the construction project, the requested tender documents may be accompanied by special contract conditions. For construction contracts with a low order value, an abridged version of the contractual conditions or the VOB/B alone shall apply.
The Ruhrverband's instructions on safety against accident and health hazards are also part of our contract conditions and must be recognised by all contractors. Depending on the subject matter of the contract, the tender documents may include specific instructions.
